I live just half a mile away, and we frequently visit the Kaysville location. That says a lot. Unfortunately, this restaurant is not consistent at all.
I never received my order. I ordered pizza for my children and myself, but since I only had cash, I ran into issues. It was just a few minutes before closing, and the staff decided not to fulfill my order and instead closed up shop. As a result, my kids and I went without dinner due to their laziness. This place has been nothing but trouble every time I've tried to use it. I wouldn't recommend it; they constantly mess up orders and the service is slow, even when they do decide to make them.
The food was delivered incredibly quickly, especially for a Saturday night. It arrived hot and delicious, despite the chilly weather outside. The highlight of my experience was the friendliness of the two employees I interacted with, both over the phone and in person, with the delivery driver. Everyone contributed to making this a great experience!
It took 1 hour and 45 minutes for my order to arrive. I ordered the New York pizza, and it was the worst pizza I've ever tasted!
I ordered a pizza online from Pizza Hut and received a notification that it was ready for pickup. However, when I got to the store, there was no one there to help me. The customer service over the phone was very poor; they only transferred me to the store, which was also empty. I was advised to come back the next day to sort out the issue. This was a really disappointing experience with Pizza Hut.
