the only problem is that open table reservations are added to the walkable waiting list, so while we checked early on for our 5:45 reservation, many of the waiters were put forward so that it was after 6:00 clock before a table was available. this seemed to happen with all open table reservations. might be an update on the open table where this is displayed. What User doesn't like about P.f. Chang's West Hartford:
The greeting staff were to busy to bother to greet us and when we mentioned we were hoping for a booth, there were eye rolls. While we enjoyed our food, the dinner rushed by the wait staff to the point that we didn’t get asked about dessert. View all feedback.
Our server and its back high were great settings and on everything. Eating is always good here so are the drinks
They did not honor my open table reservation. they were busy and claimed that they did not control the stop of online reservations. not very well organized.
I truly enjoy delicious food, and the server was incredibly friendly.
The restaurant was quite dirty overall, which was really disappointing as it used to be a special place to visit, but that’s no longer the case.
The service at the bar was both efficient and polite. Eric was well-informed about gluten-free options for my friend.
