Panera Bread - Farmington

If you are looking for a tasty and healthy meal in a hurry, Panera is the place to go. The service is quick, the restaurant is clean and efficient, and the staff is very helpful.

I completely understand the frustrations with ordering soup at this restaurant. I've had multiple instances where I didn't receive the correct soup I ordered. Eventually, I started going to the Newington location whenever I want soup, even though it's less convenient for me. I gave this restaurant two stars because when I order anything other than soup, I have no issues receiving my order and the food is delicious.

This location has messed up my order, under filled soups or forgotten items several times. I can guarantee they will mess up your order... And they really do not care because nothing ever changes. At least you know what you are getting here.

Confusing prices on pick 2..I ordered margaritas flatbread,half tuna on rye and diet coke...came to 19 dollars..I received tuna on some fat bread ,pizza was cold and diet pepsi...tried to talk to the Mgr and she walked away and never did she try to talk to me..bad customer service other then nice Asian woman taking my order.

Horrible experience at this restaurant. Despite having plenty of staff, they took an excessive amount of time to serve our food. Upon getting home, we discovered that our order was completely incorrect. We were too exhausted to return and address the issue.
