Very recommended! The ravens are amazing. Super friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and reasonable price for an authentic Japanese ramen noodle shop. I was back in Japan. View all feedback.
Absolutely phenomenal! The best soup I've had for a long time. The waiter, I'm so sorry I forgot his name was so attentive and real. The owner was so friendly and you could say he really wanted you to love his food. What we did! I couldn't give a better recommendation for a great night of food.
Best ramen I ever had! And very friendly staff! The pig was tastefully the freshest vegetables.
As a local, you have no idea how excited I was to stumble into Toshi Ya. The authentic flavors rival some of my favorite places in NYC, and the head Chef Nao is very friendly. I'm just hoping they get their liquor license soon ;
Great food, service, and location. The ramen is al dente and the broth is authentic. In other words, a perfect bowl of ramen. All the appetizers we ordered, including takoyaki (something you rarely find in CT), were authentic tasting, just like the ones in Japan. The service is warm, welcoming, and professional, again just like in Japan. Our waitress was superb. I would certainly go back for more, repeatedly.
Smaller place with a solid number of dishes. They have ramen and rice. Toshi ya ramen was really good but be careful about getting it spicy. They have 1 3 and it's just based on how much chilli oil they put in. 2 was very spicy for me. Prices are about average for ramen $10 $15
