This restaurant has delicious food. I ordered the La Marsa platter for a small party and the meat was perfectly cooked. Everything else was also good, but I was not a fan of the broth as it was too chewy and thin for my liking. I have had Arabic cuisine at other places with more flavorful and rich broths. My suggestion to the owners is to improve and perfect their broth to ensure happier customers. Despite this, I st... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about La Marsa Farmington Hills Drake:
This restaurant was very disappointing. The shish tawook had almost no seasoning, so it lacked flavor. Even the most authentic Middle Eastern places, including dives, usually have decent food quality and at least a reasonable amount of seasoning, but not here. The fattoush had salad seeds and everything had a fishy smell and taste. View all feedback.
The food was good, but the packaging for takeout leaves a lot to be desired. Ordered a whole debone chicken in lemon oregano with rice and french fries and they put the french fries in with the chicken and rice which soaked up all the lemon oregano sauce. Kids would not eat the french fries, and they were all very soggy because of the sauce. We order from here at least three times a month and have never had this issue? Food is fantastic. Not sure what is happening in the kitchen?

This is my first review. This use to be one of my favorite Resturants. Not anymore. My husband ordered the take out there and brought it home. We live within 2 miles. The food was cold, the bread rubbery and flavor non existent. I was totally disappointed. This will be the last time I order. I felt I got someone else Oder that never got picked up. Service: Take out
The service was excellent and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. It is conveniently located. The salad, hummus, and chicken tawook were all delicious. The garlic sauce and bread were outstanding. This is a great spot for lunch, with prices ranging from $20 to $30 per person for a meal.
I recently had lunch at this restaurant and was very impressed with the service. The price per person was between $10 and $20, and I found the food to be delicious. I particularly enjoyed the Tawook and the variety of salads available. The atmosphere was also quite pleasant. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a tasty and satisfying meal.
