Jimmy John's - Farmington Hills

Love JJ. Ordered over the phone since the delivery would have taken 45 minutes but when came in, the order was lost. Not too big of a deal but there was a reason why I pre-ordered while driving there.

Truly heart warming experience today that earned my loyalty. I needed to quickly send a thank you meal to medical staff that assisted my daughter, while hospitalized, before shift ended. The nurses shared they loved Jimmy John's, and received orders quickly. The closest location was closed. This manager deftly helped me put together an order for 15 and got it out lickety split. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond.

Consistently fresh and quality meats. The only reason they didn't earn 5 stars is that they're a little pricey.
