Upon making a reservation through the Open Table app, our experience at this restaurant fell short. The lack of adherence to reservations left us waiting for over 15 minutes before being seated. Despite the decent food quality, service issues like lukewarm burgers and slow table cleaning detracted from the overall experience. However, standout servers like Ms. Meca offer exceptional service, making a return visit a possibility. These contrasting experiences at the restaurant leave us with mixed feelings and unsure whether we would recommend dining at this establishment in the future.
