Wendy's - Farmingdale

The dining experience at Wendy's is always a pleasant one - not too expensive. The chicken is real chicken, not some mystery meat, and the fries are made with real potatoes. The restaurant may not be the cleanest, but it's decent.

Tonight, my experience at the restaurant was just okay. The fries were only lukewarm because I went through the drive-thru and didn't check until I was already on the road - I should have checked before leaving! I ordered the nugget combo, and while the nuggets were good, I was disappointed that my fries were only half warm. I frequent this Wendy's often, especially late at night, so it was surprising to have this issue. The server could have been more pleasant - he didn't make any eye contact. Customer service is important to me, and we all need to strive to do better in that area.

It was my first time on the way back to massapequa. the place was very clean and the service fast. the workers were polite and friendly.

Drove up to the drive thru at 1150pm. Waited 7 minutes and at 1157pm he tells me it was closed. Doesnt close till 12. Second time bad experience. I will make sure I let them know
