Fat Toads Pub - Farmingdale

This place totally randomly found when you are looking for a place “different to try” in a city we do not usually visit. It was Bingo. The menu looks great from the very beginning on its website. We were a bit skeptical when we moved in, but once in there was a nice surprise! The place is so sweet and cozy. The back room is all done in pine and is really clean. The food was from this world. All homemade and tasty. It is worth the ride from wherever you are. Try the Bastanoosh and the meatballs!

My wife and I drove past this place a million times, enchanted by the name, but never turned on. We had a chance during a snowstorm and are very happy about it. The ambience is that of a cozy pub, perfect on a Wintry day; the service is super friendly, but the highlight is the Essen-unsere Burger, Pommes and Quesadilla were all cooked for perfection. In an area of the state without lack of good downtown places to eat, the Fat Toad's Pub has turned to the top of the list for us.

We love this place!!! Food is always great and we love people! Baba Chanouj is delicious! My husband says her hamburgers and fries are the best!

The food was amazing, the man who runs it is super sweet, and the atmosphere was very chill. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I was surprised by the quality of this pub. The menu offers both American staples and some delicious middle eastern options. The server/bartender was amazing and wonderfully polite.
