The service at this restaurant is VERY poor. you walk in they don't say hello or greet you, it's almost like they act like they can't see you. It is a shame because their food and lunch specials are very good. But having people that make you wait long time for service is a turn off. They make you feel uncomfortable and not want to be their. This isn't the first time this happened, I ordered a online order and came an hour after it was placed... the order wasn't ready and no one was there to help me at the bar. when i asked the ladies if my order was ready they gave an attitude.... pero yo entiendo por que yo soy italiano . e no me gustas el servicio . yo hable con tu sobrino , el entendio el sevicio es malo . The restaurant was not busy there was ONE table. I could understand if it was busy...La unica cosa eso era bueno es la musica reggeaton .. gracias por todo. Please fix this issue, or find new people to work there that enjoy their job.

Dominican Restaurant 4 is the best Dominican Restaurant I have ever been too From amazing 5 star food and amazing customer service this place makes you feel like you are truly in DR.. I go there every week 2-3 times and I have never had a bad experience. The environment is amazing. On Saturday’s you have karaoke after 11 which is a fun and amazing experience. While in regular weekdays you have a place where you can go with family and friends and enjoy amazing and great tasting food. There is no reason as for why you shouldn’t go there right now and try something from their amazing menu.. I went there last night with my Wife as it was her birthday and we both love it there.. the staff made the experience unforgettable with a great song and great vibes.. my wife loved it and said that this was her best birthday dinner ️ ever. 5 food, 5 service, 5 experiences. Take it from me and try REAL Dominican food.
