I used to come to the restaurant weekly with my dad almost 30 years ago, and when I came back to visit with my family, it was just as good as I remember it. It’s worth going out of your way for their weekend buffet with thin, crispy fried catfish and boiled shrimp. View all feedback.

This is a tough dining review seeing we left before getting any food. 11:30 on Saturday, 8 customers when we arrived. Our waitress was fantastic on her 1st day. She checked on us least a dozen and apologized throughout our 40 minute wait for a cheeseburger and hamburger steak that I wouldn't wait another 10 minutes. It isn't a fancy place but the food was great! I forgot to look at the buffet so I can't comment on that but the shrimp and clam plate was fresh and

For a country-bumpkin seafood restaurant, this place is alright.
Absolutely the worst meal my husband and I have ever eaten, and we are in our 60s. Half of my Hamburger steak was undercooked, my husband's was worse. He still ate it, I'm hoping he doesn't get sick. Zero seasonings. Like the cook just took some ground meat and put it on the griddle. Served cold, as were my mashed potatoes. His potato salad was soupy. The table was not clean. Not going back! Little interaction with the staff, but they were friendly.
