Thei... read more They only use fresh ingredients and everything is made or grown on the farm. We were even able to order sheep’s head soup ahead of time and it was so good! Their homemade bread is the best I’ve had anywhere. It’s spongey but light with a nice crust. The chicken was just killed that day and you could taste it! Very clean bathroom. The owner, his brother (and perhaps the son) were all so kind. Excellent customer service and great prices. I would eat here any day over the best restaurants in Tirana. The food doesn’t get any fresher than this already planning to go back!
