Oasis Vivanta By Taj - Faridabad

The variety and quality of the salads at this restaurant were exceptional. The smoked chicken, roasted chicken, tofu with broccoli, and cold salads were all delicious and should be tried. In addition, their vegetable Thai green curry, fusilli pasta, chicken au gratin, ratatouille, and basil fish were also excellent. The French and Italian dishes were well done, and my daughter enjoyed the Indian food, particularly the chicken madala and mutton recipes with oven-fresh garlic butter naan. Considering it was Taj, the buffet at this restaurant was disappointing with limited options. The taste was average. The dining service received a rating of 3 out of 5, while the atmosphere was rated a 4.

I am writing this review while sitting at my table (yes, I am that disappointed). The buffet at this restaurant is below average. They only have one fish item and the butter chicken was poorly cooked – the chicken was not marinated properly and lacked salt. The kathal sabji was bitter, indicating that they do not taste the food before serving it. The malai kofta was not appetizing at all. The dessert options were fine but limited for the price. I have dined in the same property before and the room service was good, but this buffet experience was a letdown. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

The employees at Taj Vivanta, owned by Ashish Sharma of CHEERFIT, under the company ADA Experience India Pvt. Ltd., are not paid their salaries for 2-3 months. They are only paid when they are forced to work, and if anyone requests their salary, they are terminated from their job.
