Hardee's - Faribault

I always order the same thing when I visit Hardee's, I have been doing so for the past 30 years. I get a Frisco burger with extra cheese and no bacon, along with curly fries and a coke. The service at this Hardee's was very fast, much quicker than the one at the Twin Cities Midway location. The staff were friendly. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely return.

The restaurant must have hired new employees since my last visit, as the experience was much better this time around. The customer service was great, the food was fresh and tasty, and the drive-thru was incredibly fast for a late afternoon. They also have a great menu selection. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.

The food at the restaurant was delicious, but the cleanliness of the location left much to be desired. When I pointed out the food debris on the tables, someone came out and mopped it, unfortunately, they ended up pushing the mess onto the seats and floor. After bringing this to their attention again, they did clean the seats, but it seemed like the employees didn't fully grasp the importance of maintaining a clean environment.

It's not good when the best part of your meal is a toss up between your pop and leaving. Your crew has to do a better job of sweeping and cleaning. Tables and floors were sticky. There was food crumbs on most tables and in the hard to reach spots. The crew can do a better job if management does a better job. Change your deep fryer grease also.

I have always had bad experiences at Hardee's, Just not very good quality. The cheddar peeper's we're pretty good though
