This used to be my favorite Starbucks. I went here several times a week and they knew me, they were nice, and I would be appreciated. Now, I don't even get a hello when I go in to pick up my order. My order for the last 2 visit has been smaller and smaller every time. View all feedback.
What Riley Eide doesn't like about Starbucks:
Can't blame the baristas for a very busy rush hour. Had an appointment a few blocks away, coffee was to be ready with 7 minutes to spare.I left empty handed 3 minutes before my appointment. Such is life? View all feedback.
Always great, drive thru employees always very polite and
I was at this location this past Sunday with a friend. While we were chatting, I ordered two drinks on the app and the order was supposed to be ready at 2:30. The traffic continued as people were coming in and out picking up their ordered. No one coming in to pick up the order waited more than 5 minutes. They were in and out fairly quickly. At about 2:30, I went to check on the drinks and one of the baristas asked me for the name on the order which I provided. Then notified me that she’ll be working on my drink. 10-15 minutes had passed, I went up and one of the drinks was made (hot chocolate) and they didn’t call my name so it was look warm by the time that I went to retrieve it. However, the second drink wasn’t there, so I went to sit back down. The barista who had spoke to me had disappeared. At about 2:55, I went up again, and my drink was still not there. The same barista, who had originally informed me that she was going to make my drinks had reappeared and asked me if I got both drinks and I said no. Then I stated how it’s been over 40 minutes. She told me to talk to her manager. I had repeated the same thing to the manager and she reported that “they are busy” and “doing the best they can.” No apology or reassuring me that they’d get my drink made immediately. I went to the table again and I had other customers asking me what’s going on. I came back up to grab my drink and I informed them how disappointed I was. The manager told me that she’d give me a gift card. They called me back up like two minutes later and she gave me a $4 gift card. I didn’t look at the card until I got to my table to sit. When I finally looked at it, I was highly disappointed. My drink alone wasn’t $4 nor was any drink on the Starbucks menu. I went up to talk to them and one of the baristas (man) was like “yes.” So I told him that they can keep their card. He took it and I went to sit back down. I never had such terrible service or nasty customer service. I don’t want to pull the race card but anyone else who came for drinks didn’t get the same service that I did nor were they treated the same way. I wasn’t rude nor was I demanding maybe I should have been. I work in customer service and try to treat people the way I would want to be treated. But this was just disappointing and unacceptable. I hope they do better.

Drink tasted very sub par. NOT saying this because of the poor experience that follower but really the drink on it 's own was not good. It tasted like a starbucksicy star bucks drink that got left in the car for 45 minutes on a hot day. No flavor just watered down. I asked for sweet cream which was very watered down and the texture was off. The barista also forgot the sweet cream initially. Because she forgot the sweet cream she had to open the lid and put it in and while doing this she didnt close the lid properly. No care at all. It 's very unfortunate considering that we were the only customers. The store was not that busy. The drink spilled all over my fiance 's clothes. We headed there before dinner ?? Now we have to go change. I wish more care was out in to making the drink and presenting it. We did not ask for a complicated order and it was just one straight forward drink with no modification. Walked inside the store to tell what happened and it was just a "Sorry ' our dinner was ruined she had to go back and change again. What an experience ?
Stood there for a good 5 minutes at the register and there was at least 6 people behind the counter making drinks and at first I was like maybe the drive thru is busy I'll give them another minute. I felt so invisible and started to get annoyed. Finally one of the staffed asked if that was all for my order so i replied I've been standing here waiting for someone to notice I need assistance. They didn't have what I needed and the staff member suggested I call next time, I told her I'm not from here just passing through. I walked out and saw absolutely NO cars in the drive thru, so I'm assuming they're all just practicing or having a barista making drill since everyone was running back and forth making drinks anyways hopefully the next Starbucks will have way better customer service and not act like they have a line around 5 blocks waiting on drinks. So ridiculous. Also there was like 2 people in the dining area on their laptops and one other lady looking at cups, so again it was not busy like how they were acting.
