Sonic Drive-in - Fargo

I usually have excellent service here but lately and especially today has been unacceptable. A couple of rude foreign girls laughed at my mom and not in a friendly laugh because for some reason they couldn?t understand her. She was very articulate when speaking and annunciating very clearly. They need to be fired or I will contact corporate and make a scene

They don?t have a lot of help. Same couple workers everytime. There good at what they do. When there is a wait time it?s bc there only human and can move so fast. Don?t go there if ur in a rush. They make sure ur food comes out perfect. Thank you to the Fargo ND workers at sonic for making my experience amazing

I would give this restaurant a zero-star rating. It was the worst experience of my life. We sat down to look at the menu, only to find out it was drive-thru only. So we went to the drive-thru, and while we were waiting, we watched five cars zoom by us in the drive-thru line. Not only did they let five cars go ahead of us, but no one greeted us or acknowledged our presence. It was extremely frustrating, and I left feeling disappointed.

Fantastic drinks and delicious food! The dishes were served fresh and piping hot! The customer service from the lady at the window was outstanding! It's rare to find someone at a drive-thru who is both friendly and considerate. She went out of her way to accommodate my needs, making dining in the car with kids much easier. Overall, a wonderful experience!

These employees should be let go, or I might just have to make a scene.
