After waiting 2 hours for our order, we received food that was completely inedible. Shanghai management should be embarrassed and ashamed of the quality of the food they served us. The potstickers were as hard as rocks, the sweet and sour chicken was stale and tasteless, and the rest of the dishes were in terrible condition. I am extremely disappointed with many restaurants in Fargo that claim to be Chinese restaurants due to the high demand for Chinese food, but are unable to cook an authentic Chinese meal. Not just anyone can prepare Chinese cuisine, and it is important to recognize this. I ordered the House special Chinese fried rice with roasted pork, shrimp, and roasted chicken. However, upon tasting it, I realized it lacked any Chinese flavor or aroma, which was a major red flag for me. The dish I received was completely different from traditional Chinese fried rice and included breaded chicken, which is not typical in this dish. If you are seeking authentic Chinese cuisine, I suggest avoiding this restaurant as the food they serve is not authentic Chinese fried rice.
My friend and I ordered food and it arrived within 30-40 minutes, but it was cold and dry as if it had been sitting out all day. The ribs were terrible, too tough to even poke with a fork. I spent $50 and my card was charged twice. When I asked for a refund or some kind of compensation, they offered me only $5. The staff was unprofessional, yelling and arguing while on the phone with me and refusing to issue any further credit. I didn't expect a full refund, but I was hoping for at least a partial one. They also told me I could return the food days later for the refund, which I found strange and suspicious. Overall, a disappointing experience.
This restaurant is hands down the best Chinese food in town. The dishes are always made with super fresh ingredients and served piping hot. My favorite is the Happy Family with two egg rolls and an order of pot stickers. The quality of the ingredients is top notch. Everything on the menu is consistently perfect. It might sound cliché, but I have never had a bad experience at this place.

In this restaurant there is a lot of authentic Chinese food and it was very good! In any case, someone would recommend this.
