Schlotzsky's - Fargo

Love the warm sandwiches on sourdough. Turkey Bacon Club and Fiesta are my favs. Staff here are incredibly friendly and love what they do. Glad Schlotzkys opened in the FM area again and so close to my office too yum!

I Have Always Been A Big ! Fan Of Schlotzski's. And I Mean Big. Located Just Off Of 13th Avenue On The Right As You Head West On 13th .. Schlotzski's Is The Kind Of Place You Head To With Your Old Friends To Enjoy East Coast Style Deli Food, Sandwiches Loaded With Cheese And Choice Meats, And A Tall Cup Of Soda On The Rocks. Whether You Call It Pop Or Soda, Don't Forget The Refreshments. Portion Sizes Are Extra Large, Just As It Should Be. My Favourite Sandwich The Reuben. As Always.

I’m so impressed with the service, I haven’t even tasted the sandwich yet. Friendly, genuine customer service here that practically doesn’t exist anymore. Both gentlemen I saw weren’t taking orders, they were creating an experience and going above and beyond. Almost answering your questions before you could think of them.I know…it’s just a sandwich-but that’s exactly what impresses me. And for the reviews that complain about timing-I got what you’d expect to make a custom ordered sandwich (3-4 min).

Ordered online, got home sandwich wrong, salad missing ingredients. Called to speak to manager who specifically remembered making my order due to the add-ons to the salad and said that they were currently out of the items such as the black beans and corn specifically needed for the southwest salad yet other than to strive better on his next orders did not address that it was wrong it was missing the chicken the dressing oh and the mushrooms from the sandwich and dressings but he felt really bad so that made up for a horrible sandwich and an edible salad as tomatoes were left on it after requested NO TOMATO. Glad i wasted 1 hour of my pay for wrong food.

Husband picked order, I asked for a chicken ceasar salad. There was no chicken on the salad. Very disappointed that a key component was left off.
