The pretzel bites were so soft and airy they practically melted in my mouth. I highly recommend this place; everything is made from scratch and it really shows!

I first saw POUNDS on Diners, Drive-in and Dives and knew I 'd be flying into Fargo soon. When we landed, I decided to stop in before heading over to Ottertail,... read more I first saw POUNDS on Diners, Drive-in and Dives and knew I 'd be flying into Fargo soon. When we landed, I decided to stop in before heading over to Ottertail, MN. Megan was my server and provided great suggestions on the various dishes I was considering. I ordered The Grail Burger with an additional order of pickle fries. When the order arrived, it looked terrific. But better yet, the tastes were wonderful. The pickle fries had a very nice batter coating which, was both crunchy, and gave off a nice bit of heat after eating a few. I enjoyed them a lot. The burger was excellent. The patty was done just right, the grilled onions, cheese, lettuce and bacon were in perfect proportion. I was very happy with Megan 's suggestions and will definitely stop in before my flight back home. I 'm looking forward to trying one of their mac 'n cheese bowls. It was a great stop. The food, staff, and atmosphere made for an experience to write home about. Well done, and highly recommended :

The food was great, well prepared, and didn't take much time (eventhough it was crowded with people) What to improve: for the chicken sandwich using regular French bread would work fine, the toast... When we landed, I decided to stop in before heading over to Ottertail, MN. Megan was my server and provided great suggestions on the various dishes I wasconsidering. I ordered The Grail Burger with an additional order of pickle fries. When the order arrived, it looked terrific.But better yet, the tastes were wonderful. The pickle fries had a very nice batter coating which, was both crunchy, and gave offa nice bit of heat after eating a few. I enjoyed them a lot. The burger was excellent. Last night was the icing on the cake, my friend, boyfriend and I went for dinner and it was fairly busy. I expected a wait time to sit inside which I was more thanhappy to do, but we were seated almost right away. Our servers were so sweet and so attentive. The food was amazing. Every timeI go I get something new because I know it will be good no matter what. Our server even put a little thank you for beingawesome note on our receipt and it was just so sweet! Pounds is a top tier place to get great food and fun drinks!

Last night was no different—my friend, boyfriend, and I went for dinner during a busy time. I expected to wait to be seated inside, but to my surprise, we were seated almost right away. The servers were friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. I always like to try something new from their menu, and it never lets me down. Our server even left a kind note on our receipt, thanking us for being awesome. Pounds is definitely a must-visit for fantastic food and great drinks!

We ordered the Piggy Smalls sandwich and the BBQ Porker mac and cheese. The pulled pork BBQ sauce was delicious without being overpowering, and it complemented both the sandwich and the mac and cheese perfectly. The mac and cheese sauce was also mild but rich and creamy. Jalapenos added just the right amount of spice without overshadowing the flavors of the meat and sauce. The fries were crispy and not overly salty. My wife and I agreed that Pounds exceeded our expectations and we were happy we decided to dine there.

Their menu features hippie bowls and burgers that can be customized to be vegan upon request, along with a variety of fries options. It’s definitely one of my favorite spots to dine out as a vegan.
