since the plaza azteca opened, I cannot recommend it enough. I get not only amazing service when I go from hosts to the servers to the bar staff, but even if a server has no answer, they communicate that they can bring their man (we have the amazing manager perez) to better answer all those who have them. this place really has the best service food and drinks for a Mexican restaurant! que que en plaza azteca siempre... went to the place based on a recommendation that the food was supposedly authentic yet was very bland and tasted like it had no seasoning service itself was good yet the waitstaff standing around talking about inappropriate things for any work environment in Spanish thinking people couldn't understand them was highly inappropriate and the food itself has apparently made me have food poisoning so will never attempt to... Nice service from a very friendly staff. this restaurant offers a great menu and a sitting area in the free. a fun evening, recommend this place in fargo

Very good food. After 37 years of living in el paso, was very excited to try it! not disappointed! fresh chips, 2 species of Salsa-both good. different type of chickenerquesadilla but good! chili relleno-good! everything I saw looked great!
Absolutely delicious enchiladas rancheras...the strawberry margarita is amazing too.
