The quality of food has definitely went down since the last visit. Soup was relatively blend and service was just okay. The amount of meat and vege’s given has also lessen. I have never seen a Vietnamese place that is that stingy with their bean sprouts. View all feedback.

I have had Pho all over the world and this place is no joke. It’s one of the best I have ever had. We stopped in here on a Sunday afternoon before a flight and will be back. Great pho (combination pho), great service Food: 5 Service: 5
I feel like I have stumbled upon a Vietnamese haven in the middle of the Midwest. Pho D'licious is doing everything right. Their limited menu is perfect. The portions are perfect. The flavor is PERFECT! I am giving them 5 stars for being everything a Vietnamese Pho restaurant needs to be and nothing more. We ordered the pork bahhn mi and beef pho for lunch. Both were fantastic! If you're visiting from out of town this is the best place to satiate your Vietnamese cravings. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've been Uber Driver, so I have done a ton of deliveries from this place and their food is amazing. I finally got to try it for myself and oh my God wow
The food is always amazing! The people that work there are so king and so attentive! Me and my husband always sit in the table by the stairs! I wish it was a bit bigger! This place is amazing!!!
This is the best pho place in fargo! I'm a picky eater who is used to eating at the best pho places in California this place is just as good as the best pho places in California! Additionally, the owner Henry is a nice person !
When I say I drove four hours to get some pho, I drove four hours ! lol and it was worth the drive! Although, I drove to Fargo for many other reasons since I'm here in Minot I was craving some pho! The scenery of the restaurant was nice they had lovely plants and nothing too crazy. Service was nice and I enjoyed my food.
I don't understand why there is so much excitement about this restaurant and their Pho. It was really bad, especially considering the price of $18. If you're looking for good Pho, I recommend going to Jade Dragon on Maine. It's truly authentic.

I love going to this restaurant for their delicious Pho and Spring Rolls! The dishes are fresh, healthy, and full of flavor. The service, ambiance, and overall experience all receive top marks. I recommend trying the Combination Beef Pho, Beef Pho with Steak and Brisket, Steak and Meatball, Shrimp Pho, and Vegetarian Pho. The price per person ranges from $10 to $20 for a satisfying lunch.

Pho-nomenal food, pho-nomenal experience! Being a regular customer at my favorite pho restaurant is like having a second home. It was my first time having Pho so I have nothing authentic to compare it to, but it was very good. I had the chicken Pho and would definitely recommend. The small is probably enough for most people, I had the large and it was the equivalent of 3 large bowls of soup. Also try the sauces on the table, it definitely enhances it.Food: 5/5
The combination beef pho is delicious and even better when it’s cold outside. All the ingredients come together nicely and the soup is great when adding chili and Hosin sauce.
I love visiting here because their taste is always consistent and I have the ability to use many condiment to fit my taste. Love the chili sauce!
We stopped by and enjoyed the beef pho and chicken pho. The beef pho was much spicier. The broth was flavorable in the chicken pho but the chicken was somewhat under flavored. Food tasted good and was delicious. But the condition of the restaurant and the service was extremely poor. When we walked in it was not busy, but every single table was dirty and had a mess on it. We had to go and find someone in the back and ask them to clean off a table. The whole time we were there, which was for an hour and half, they did not clean a single other table except for 2 people that came in. There was an extreme lack of attentiveness or any kind of service really. Our order was wrong even after confirming it when placing it. Our drinks (even just waters) were brought out after the food, and only because we asked for them again. One food order was completely missed and not even put in even though it was written down. This was my order so I had to sit there and wait while everyone else was eating. All 4 pho's had very little meat in it. They charge per egg/spring roll which is ridiculous. At least give me 2 for the price. They charged for extra bean sprouts. What kind of pho place skimps on bean sprouts? Had to go and find someone in the back in order to pay. They didn't know how to pay with cash and card. Gratuity was added to the bill even though we were only a group of 5. I feel like I should get that gratuity back because they didn't even provide any kind of a service. But I just wanted to pay and get out of there by that point. Overall a very poor level of service and cleanliness and this will prevent me from ever returning.

Outside. Random google looking for pho near me. Had steakpho and a pork train for lunch with my brother. It was great. Food is tasteful. The staff was quick and friendly.
It was the best broth I’ve had outside of Colorado! Pricing a bit high for the portion size. If you’re craving a good bowl of pho this is on you got to try!
For vegans you like Vermicelli shell, Vegetarian with roasted tofu . Very delicious sauce. It's a small place and I actually passed it the first time I was there. I'm in his next door. Today I was in the neighborhood, saw a good score on Google and decided to give it an attempt. It turned out to surpass my expectation.
