First they delivered the wrong order, then when I called the store to ask if my order was going to be remade before it was delivered I was told by the manager that yes, it was remade. When the delivery driver came back with the correct order I asked if he was remade, he told me no. Then he called the store and asked them and they told him it was remade. If you like gambling try getting food delivered from this place after 7pm. As always the odds are stacked in the houses favor at roughly 30/70 but you can try. Excuses range from the driver ate your food to the driver never showed up . (none of which is my problem since they advertise delivery until 1am) Sometimes as an added bonus they charge you for food that either you never got or wasn 't even prepared. Poorly managed Papa John 's.

Then it took 4 attempts to get anyone to answer the phone at the store so I could ask why they told me it was remade when it clearly wasn't. Definitely don't recommend this store. I don't know why we keep ordering from this store, there's always issues of some kind.
Went to go get my pizza and they made me wait 7 minutes for a manager because none of them could sign into the register to cash me out.. manager comes out and completely ignores me and goes about gossiping with her coworkers, ridiculous! Also I paid extra money for extra Pepperoncini peppers AND asked if there was extra because they always “forget” she said yep there’s extra in there.. I got 4, 4 peppers for 1.50. Pathetic!!!!! Get yourself a better manager.
My pizza was cut normal and than an extra cut was made across the slices ? so that was cool. My toppings completely fell off. I enjoy papa johns but this was absolutely an astounding thing to discover when I opened the box.
I just tried to place an order today. 45 minutes before the store close. But the person said they don’t take anymore order. I don’t understand how they do this everytime. This is not just the first time. They either need to put more people in this store or if there are enough people then they need to check why the store doesn’t take the order.
