"My favorite Chinese restaurant in ND so far! Here are the things I appreciate: (1) the restaurant is spacious, (2) the floors are spotless, (3) the tables are clean and the glass plates are sparkling clean. I really noticed this because, typically, I find that the table areas aren't well maintained even when they are wiped down with serviettes and hot water. (4) There's no unpleasant foot traffic or dirt from the outside weather affecting the dining experience.".

Had supper here recently. The food was hot and fresh, very good meal. The service was fast.I had the Beef with garlic sauce. It was so good. I recommend that to any one.Another choice is the chicken lo mein. Very good.
I ordered two combination platters for delivery. I ordered chicken fried rice with them. I'm never seen anything like it! It was questionable fried rice with1 1/2 x 2 pieces of boiled chicken stuck in the sides of the rice. It was gross! I picked them out and threw them away. They didn't even smell good. I ordered Orange Chicken and Sweet Sour Chucken. The breading was so thick on the Sweet/Sour Chicken, that I peeled it away to see if there was chicken in it. This was a terrible meal and cost a lot! I'll never utilize Lucy's Chinese Restaurant again!
Worst Chinese food in Fargo. No flavor, No soul, No effort. Meat (Chicken, Beef, Pork, Shrimp) all cooked in a way that gave it this disgusting gelatinous texture and absolutely zero flavor. Maybe cooked in a dishwasher?. This place used to be average but recently has dropped beyond subpar into a category of it 's own a category that would best be titled Stay Away . 0 out of 10. DO NOT GO HERE
I don't think I have ever received worst service in any restaurant then I did tonight. Servers were more interested in sitting an feeding there Owen faces then taking orders from people that have been seated for 15 min. Wow. Not going back

I am very disappointed about the food and service and will never eat there again. when they go, make sure to check the prices and be ready to pay more than what is on the menu. if they are not about bad eating, the bad service and the overloading of the place for them.
