When I got to the store, my pizza was c... read more After waiting an hour and a half, I was told I would need to wait another hour, so I decided to pick up my order myself. When I got to the store, my pizza was cold, and the staff told me it was "too bad." The cleanliness of the staff and kitchen was concerning, with visibly dirty hands and clothes, and there were no aprons, gloves, hair nets, or beard nets in sight. In the end, I ended up tossing the pizza and breadstick, and I simply drank a $30 2-liter soda. I’ve never had a successful order from this place, and I won’t be ordering from them again.

However, the food quality here in Fargo is hit or miss—you never know what you're going to get. Sometimes it arrives in a reasonable time, and other times it gets canceled without any notification. On this occasion, the delivery driver decided to start talking trash as soon as I opened the door. I always have my phone with me, so please don’t accuse me of not answering or being inattentive. When I mention that you must have the wrong number, it's not that difficult to find my place; you just need to learn how to use Google Maps.

Currently still waiting for pizza I paid for TWICE and still nothing. No discount when I called.Still made me pay full price after waiting for so long and no apologies.
