Great service. Very attentive and welcoming. It's a nice restaurant and rooftop is nice and cozy. The food was okay and a bit salty so I couldn't even eat 3rd of it . I didn't complain and still had a pleasant visit. I would go again for an appetizer etc. View all feedback.
What Howie Shi doesn't like about Cowboy Jack's:
The place was almost empty, but service was slow. Bartenders seemed distracted from work, drinks were ok but overpriced. Sandwich was lackluster, and some of the gristle was still under cooked. This place has great potential, but sadly misses the mark. With all of the bars and restaurants around, I am surprised this one is still open. Save your time and money, go to the next restaurant or bar in either direction. View all feedback.
Food came out nice and hot. Waitress was very attentive to us as well.I gave a 4* on the food for a few reasons: kids chicken strips were over cooked, very hard to eat. My friends buffalo wrap was nice and fresh, lettuce was crunchy, chicken was hot. Waitress offered the grilled chicken instead of breaded chicken that was listed on the menu. The wrap had a really large amount of buffalo sauce on it, it wasn’t really edible. My brisket sandwich was similar. I didn’t realize it would come with the BBQ sauce slathered in the torn up brisket pieces, that was something just from inexperience of ordering from here.Friend and I swapped food, I used a napkin to get the excess buffalo sauce off and then added a lot of ranch. The appetizers and sides were really good, my friends enjoyed their craft beer!
Took quite awhile to be served. Forgot my fries and was a nice long tasty looking hair on my buddys chicken wings. Also waitress was nowhere to be found when we wanted to pay and leave. Will not be back..
We just stopped in for a couple drinks. Wife had a long island tea that was scratch made perfect! Great staff!
Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. The food is very good and the prices are very affordable. They don't price gouge. Located right by the railroad tracks. It was so cool cuz I saw my buddy an engineer for BNSF where I retired from came by with the train he was headed to Grand Forks. That was kind of cool seeing him up there and me on the ground knowing I don't have to work anymore cuz I retired
One of my favorite places to go out to. Love the music and atmosphere. Only thing is, be careful infront of the bathrooms on the first floor, people like to spill their drinks and it gets very slick. I slipped and fell and ended up completely tearing my ACL and MCL and will be having surgery in July. I still love the place and will definitely be back.
