The first time I ordered online, I got there and there were no pizzas ready. The online order was still on the printer. She apologized and made the pizzas. I waited 40 minutes and they were not busy. Today I ordered when I got there, she said it will be 18 minutes. I was there 50 minutes!! I should have left, but she was in the middle of making them. What was really frustrating is customers after me that ordered received their pizza first. I love Casey?s pizza, but I won?t come back to this store anymore to get them.

There are always long lines, and instead of assisting customers, they engage in five-minute conversations. I won't be returning—I've tried giving it a few chances, but I've had enough.
