I can't say anything positive or negative about the employee who worked. He was just a calm man. I didn't feel uncomfortable in the store, they had amazing products. I bought a Sourdough Loaf and a French baguette. Both were so good that I couldn't get home without eating. My fiancée eats the end of the baguette, it was so good. If you plan something special or just want some really good bread, go to Breadsmith.

I love it here! The bread is amazing and I love the pastries! They even have brownies and my favorite chocolate bakery that is hard to find elsewhere. I'm glad they have Challah bread. The diving oils are delicious, I recommend roasted garlic and onion. The stamp cards are also great, I wish I stopped losing them. The staff is very friendly and I will definitely go back.

Best bread in town. It is the only place REAL supplies bread that is healthy for you and not muddy bread full of preservatives. If you hear bread cracking on the outside when you try to break it, so you know that it is the real thing. (You also have softer breads) PS My favorites are Russian Rye, buttertop and sourdough. Try it!

I love your breads and the friendly staff....oh, the delicious samples too! My sister and I use to come buy breads together regularly. Now she lives in another state and they don't have a Breadsmith bakery. Last month, she came to visit and made a trip to your bakery to buy a brioche within 2 hours of landing in Fargo! :

I don't have much to say about the employee who was working; he was rather quiet. I felt completely comfortable in the store, which offered fantastic products. I purchased a sourdough loaf and a French baguette, and both were so delicious that I couldn't resist having some before I even made it home. My fiancé was even snacking on the end of the baguette straight from the bag—it was that good! If you're planning a special occasion or just craving some excellent bread, I highly recommend visiting Breadsmith.

This place offers the best bread in town! It's the only spot that serves genuine bread that's healthy and not just soft, preservative-laden loaves. You can tell it's authentic when you hear that satisfying crack as you break it apart. (They also have softer options available.) Personally, I love the Russian Rye, Buttertop, and Sourdough. You should definitely give them a try!

I absolutely love this place! The bread is outstanding, and the pastries are fantastic. They even offer brownies and my favorite chocolate pastry, which is hard to find at other places. I'm also thrilled that they have Challah bread. The dipping oils are delicious—I highly recommend the roasted garlic and onion. The punch cards are a great incentive, though I just wish I wouldn’t keep losing mine! The staff is very friendly, and I will definitely be returning.

The bread here is excellent. However, the posted hours don’t seem reliable, as they were closed by noon on a Saturday. Update: In response to Rob, I’ve added an extra star because the bread and baked goods truly are fantastic. Still, relying on Facebook for closure updates isn’t effective for everyone—I don’t use Facebook. Please consider posting notices in the window from now on.
