Contribute FeedbackNestled in downtown, this trendy waffle spot offers a vibrant atmosphere and diverse toppings, appealing especially to vegan patrons. However, the experience is often marred by slow service, lengthy wait times, and inconsistent food quality. Prices can be steep, with some patrons feeling the waffles don’t justify the cost. While the waffles themselves receive praise for their taste, cleanliness issues and lackluster coffee options have disappointed many. Overall, this establishment shows promise with its creative menu, yet improvements in service and consistency are essential for guests to fully enjoy their sweet or savory cravings.
This had to be one of the most disappointing food experiences I've had in a while. We waited at the counter to order for several minutes.1) Hot coffee drinks were unavailable despite being able to see one of the workers making hot espresso.2) There were no water cups available for a time.3) We ended up waiting over an hour for our food.4) I witnessed multiple larger tables (4 or more) getting food at staggered intervals, over the course of up to half an hour. One person didn't receive their waffle at all.5) My friend got their waffle a good 10 minutes before mine came out.6) Mine wasn't warm when it arrived.7) It didn't taste any better than what I could have made at home in a fraction of the time.8) People seemed confused about where to order. They also were not being told about the long wait times.9) Staff did not come out at any point while people were waiting to apologize for the delay nor explain what was going on.For the price and when the ONE SPECIALTY is waffles, I expect to be knocked out of the park by flavors. Unfortunately, it tasted like store-bought pancake mix with some toppings thrown on top. Very disappointing and not worth the wait by any stretch.
Nice place in downtown for breakfast. You order at the counter, take a number and take a seat. Coffee is self serve, specialty coffees they'll deliver to your table. We waited a little bit for our waffles. The Naughty Waffle was delicious and had a lot of toppings. The Loaded Potato waffle would have also been delicious, but there was a layer of chocolate chips on the bottom, which were not supposed to be part of the waffle. We tried to eat around them as much as possible. I would definitely come back.
Had a Fargo layover over a few weeks back and thought the place had decent reviews. Upon arriving the girl at the counter very clearly didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to answer any questions. That’s fine they had a very large menu on the wall. Placed my order and waited 25 minutes for a waffle; wasn’t told that it was a serve yourself type of place so after all that waiting had to go find silverware. I chose the to sit at the bar because I was alone and didn’t want to take up an entire table; so I had no syrup. At the bar not once did a single person acknowledge me or ask if I needed anything. I even tried waving once; nothing. Never was offered a refill. So the waffle was okay; a but dry without syrup but the service was not great at all.
The food was alright and there was a lot of flies that were annoying while eating. The waffle had too much almond butter on top, I felt like it getting stuck to my teeth and it was hard to eat. Heard a lot of great things so I’ll probably go back someday, but my experience wasn’t quite great.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free waffles
About an hour after opening on a Saturday…Table was sticky.Waffles were floppy.Pulled pork was cold, tough and dry.Ingredients were missed.Coffee was self-serve.Must bus your own table.Canned soda costs $2.50. (How?)Waffles were served quickly (maybe 5 minutes).Only 1-1/3 of 2 waffles were consumed.
