However, if you place your order online, it goes directly to the foodie app and the prices are 15% higher than calling Ruby directly. Plus, delivery is free for orders over £15! This resulted in a savings of over £5 on a £25 meal for us.

We doubt it was fillet steak.Overpriced and tasteless

We ordered chicken and prawn balls in batter, but all we could taste was old oil and no flavor from the chicken or the usual sweet and sour sauce. The crispy beef lacked flavor and crunch, with a sauce similar to the pork balls. The roast pork with ginger and spring onion was tough and cut too thick, with the ginger being impossible to chew. The only decent dish was the egg fried rice. We paid over £22 for a disappointing meal that ended up in the trash. This will be our last time ordering from here. - Richard

Chip... read more Phone up to have a delivery, but they couldn't find our postcode considering we only live 5 mins down road so ended up collecting. Got food which was warm. Chips reheated not fresh, no lemon chicken, just very dry chicken disgusting, we rang up but just not bothered. We won't be going back again
