John ticks all the boxes and more. The hospitality, ambience, and food are spectacular. They appear light-hearted and cheerful, not dissimilar to swans, but all their furious underwater paddling and synchronised hard work translates into a delightful evening. I wouldn't change a thing. Well done, team La Orient!!
