While the food was tasty, it just wasn't hot enough for my liking. The chips and sauces were great, and the hygiene standards were up to par. The cleanliness of the restaurant was impressive, and the toilets were clean as well. However, the handwashing fluid was running out during busy hours, but this is understandable. The ambiance was pleasant, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I traveled from a nearby city specifically to try their chicken, but it wasn't my luckiest day. Overall, my experience was good and I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Unfortu... read more Complaint Regarding Our Recent Order Dear Nando's Fareham Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the takeaway order we received yesterday. Unfortunately, we experienced two significant issues that ruined our evening. Firstly, the chips that were supposed to be plain for my 3-year-old son, were actually seasoned with spices. As a result, he was unable to eat them, which made him very upset for the entire evening. Secondly, my partner, became severely ill after eating the Mushroom Halloumi Pitta. She felt unwell almost immediately after the meal, and during the night, she was violently sick, vomiting five times and suffering from excruciating stomach pains.She is not allergic to anything, so we are extremely concerned about the quality or safety of the food she consumed. We are deeply disappointed by this experience and expect a thorough investigation into the matter. We also believe that a refund and appropriate compensation for the distress caused would be fair.
