Visited today with my family for lunch. We enjoyed aspects of the meal...the lovely homemade bread and good quality beer. Our main courses were of mixed quality however. I enjoyed my mixed fried fish although a little boney. My husband had a good tuna steak and my mother the seafood tagliatelle which she enjoyed. We were guided through an exemplary tasting menu: four appetizers, from shrimp carpaccio to grouper ceviche, from a revisited fish brodetto to red mullet cordon bleu. We continued with homemade passatelli with red mullet and mushrooms, a truly superb combination! And the highlight was the desserts: millefeuille with hazelnut cream and a wafer with honey mousse. One of the best dinners we've ever had. The setting is truly beautiful, well-kept, elegant, and welcoming. The service also deserves special mention, with its knowledgeable and attentive staff. Recommended for a high-quality experience in a truly sublime seaside setting.
I highly recommend Sambuga, where you'll find highly qualified staff who will guide you through the selection of dishes, which are expertly prepared and plated, using only the finest ingredients. You'll also find a well-stocked wine cellar, and they'll be able to advise you on the perfect wine to complement your meal. And to finish, you'll be delighted by the desserts crafted by a master pastry chef who will leave you speechless.
Great experience. We tried several dishes (thanks in part to the half-portion option), and they were all delicious and refined. The desserts were also truly delicious. Prices were reasonable for the quality of the food and service.
What can I say!!! A spectacular location, food, and service. I highly recommend it. It's a place I hope to return to soon. Treat yourself to lunch or dinner in this wonderful, welcoming place with excellent food and service. Keep up the good work, you're truly top notch!!!

Very nice restaurant with a fair price compared to other nearby restaurants. Portions are not tiny and everytime I come the food is very delicious. Very nice jazz music selection playing in the background. I would definitely recommend for couples.
Very good dinner ! We enjoyed our family dinner there. Service was very good and meals were to me probably the best we had in Fano during our vacation. Well done Sambuga team !!
Excellent food and service! The service was fast and good and explained us the differences of the food. The food was really good and the tuna of such high quality I did not have often in the world: A great place to eat and drink something :
Nice location right on the beach. Lunch was fresh and delicious. The fresh bread was amazing and we all enjoyed our food.
The restaurant is cozy, outlooking the sea. On the nicely decorated summer terrace you can smell the perfume of the sea. The fish is delicious fresh and lightly cooked, to leave a pleasant taste. Try mixed fried fish grigliata. It’s just yummy
