Went through drive thru and recieved the wrong order so called to advise the manager who said take it back. When I returned it the Drive Thru attendant gave me attitude and threw my order at my on the counter once it was fixed. I advised the attendant that was nice and she needed to fix her attitude. If you aren’t a people person maybe you are in the wrong job. I also went to call the to complain about the staff member’s attitude and the store manager wouldn’t answer my call. Poor attitude will be calling head office Monday morning to make an official complaint

Went to KFC this evening and lined up as you do.. or as some of us do. Mrs behind me decides that lines are optional and walks closer to “look at the menu” perhaps if she laid off that last sip of moselle, her eyesight might have been a bit better. The young lady serving could clearly see that, there was a line and that, in the line there were people waiting patiently yet she decides that Mrs looks hungrier than the rest of us and she gets served first. Or maybe I wasn’t yelling loud enough or drunk enough to get some actual customer service.. I finally get to the next “friendly” serving staff member and silly me forgot to remove the invisibility cloak I borrowed from Harry Potter because she could not see me standing there waiting to be acknowledged!! My server was far too busy watching the other server who was serving Mrs who pushed in who by this stage was joined by sister and the kids and really drunk uncle After some time I was served. No greeting or apology for the delay, no politeness at all. I mean Mrs who pushed in at least got a smile from The young lady serving her! KFC you need to lift your game. Basic customer service is not hard! Train your employees better.. or hire better employees!
