It seemed that she didn... read more I had an ok experience one night here when traveling. The overnight staff were all very helpful except for one person with an attitude. It seemed that she didn 't know what she was doing and is a supposed manager???? She was also very rude to her associates. I believe her name was Sarah or Sam??? I have no idea, but very disappointed in this manager .

When I hand you my cash, I expect my change to be handed back politely, not just thrown down. Aside from that, the store was very clean, and my frozen cappuccino was made perfectly. I would definitely come back!
