We were driving quite awhile, from Ohio to Philadelphia and beyond (a total of 2200 mi) to see my sister, family, and friends. We hadn't made firm hotel plans and I was able to log onto the Marriott site, for which I have been a loyal visitor. I found their phone number and was able to get a reasonable rate for our night's stay, to be refreshed, before visiting family, who were dealing with major health issues. We go... View all feedback.

TV didn't work and they charged my credit card $270, when they had invoiced me at checkout for $154. When I questioned it Antoni, the General Manager, said it was a hold and he would credit it. I checked in, and out, with the mobile app, I never authorized this charge. I've stayed there in the past and didn't have this charge probably wont stay there again. Why didn't the receipt say anything about this charge? Why d... View all feedback.
Took 25 minutes for them to do a breakfast order with practically no one at the hotel! And food was not good.
Breakfast is awesome and plenty. The evening reception is basic and
Just needed a place in the area for one night while heading to Central Jersey. Properties around Mount Laurel were outrageously priced, so I opted for Courtyard Langhorne. It’s an older property (one look at the light switches and you’ll know) but well maintained. I’d checked in on Marriott’s app then stopped at the front desk for a key. Clerk couldn’t find me in the records until I showed her on my phone, but at least they finally let me in. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. But this would be a tough one were I on business, due to a lack of outlets and decent light. In fact, to plug my phone in overnight I had to move the nightstand to access the outlet. Easy access to US 1 and the bridge to NJ. Checked out on the app to skip the desk. Overall, good for leisure at the right price.
As a frequent traveler this is by far the worst experience I 've had at a hotel ever. The fire alarm went off at least 4 times between 10:00pm and 4:00am and when asking about it at the front desk the next morning, the smug faced clerk kept repeating it 's a faulty alarm and there 's nothing we can do . Well, there 's no way that kind of service deserves my business. Goodbye Courtyard Langhorne!!!!!!
I’ll start with the positive that the hotel is in a great location, close to Sesame Place, multiple kid friendly restaurants, and a Target. Unfortunately, our room smelled like mold/must to the point where I had to get room spray to mask the smell which didn’t even work. The furniture was old/ripped and not clean. My husband got ring worm from laying on the couch pillow. The front desk staff was not helpful . This was our first post covid family vacation so we made the most of it but absolutely dirty hotel.
