This was my first time here, the food, service, and atmosphere were amazing!! Definitely will be returning!!

Overrated Overpriced. Stop selling Sam’s Warehouse water for over $2 when it’s priced at .25 cents! If the customers want plain water give that to them… you want miss free water you would offer customers with the overrated prices. If one wants real barbecue go to Sam Jones downtown Raleigh but if you haven’t had the best you wouldn’t know this information. This place you can’t even get a burger with fries or a side unless you pay for it separate. The smoothies are good for diabetics due to it’s no sugar or at least one can’t taste it(totally a waste to order)The entire setup is totally ridiculous! The owner sounds really upset at my freedom of speech. Takes some reading lessons….where did you get 5 guys from? I have never went to the establishment but how you came off you’re showing your true colors. Oh by the way… it’s Ms. Hopkins because I am all woman NOT a man. Tone down your attitude because how you came off after you read my views are really childish of you! Reading your post you made sure everyone knew you were the owner so not a smart move with childish behavior. We all are entitled to our views that’s one of the attributes of being in the United States of America. Take your attitude down a couple of notches because it’s no use of aging prematurely.Mrs.Smith,Thank you for your mature answer I can respect our different of opinions. I hated how your husband came off in a public forum talking about things I never stated. He was very hostile argumentative. I hope he realizes we can agree to disagree it doesn’t mean any party is right or wrong. I do understand where you’re coming from I do have my opinion as well. The staff and owners were great, very helpful with recommendations! We enjoyed our food pulled pork, pork belly burnt edges, beef brisket, collards and green beans were awesome!Baked beans, potato salad and mac n cheese were hits too, along with the blueberry corn muffin and sweet peach tea! Food was delicious and fresh, service was excellent!Kid-friendliness: They had coloring books and games in the back for kids to play with.

The food here tastes really good but they need more quantity for the price. That is a critical element that they are missing at this location. Maybe they will see this and improve soon. Would love to go back. I got the brisket and the ribs.

Food was okay. I had the brisket tacos and they were alright. Tried the lavender lemonade (was excited for it) but it tasted like lavender water. Not much lemonade. The service was great! Very nice people. I think working on more food options would be a good idea along with making the dining area fit the vibe of the order taking area. The smoothie pairing with bbq is definitely unique. I’d love to see this place go further.Parking: Medium sized parking lot.
