Very nice place with good food. It can be too rich sometimes. My only complaint is that this place is too small, it attracts a lot of people and is usually cramped and loud. Very clean and staff always been nice. View all feedback.
What jane brown doesn't like about Over The Falls:
Two friends and I met here for lunch. Two of the ladies were hoping to have a better experience than a previous visit. Oh my goodness. All of us left disappointed. (I did not tell them about a previous meal my husband and I had here. None of us ate even half of our food. And none of us wanted to take the leftovers home. Sad. View all feedback.
On 7/30/24, after waiting almost 2 hours in 90+ degree weather, with a group of 11 (mostly young children) to be seated, we were all hungry and upset. Upset because there was ample seating to seat us, after told by the hostess that the wait time was approximately 45 minutes. After the 2nd inquiry of seating, I asked to have the group split to be seated, she couldn’t arrange that and I asked she speak with the manager; the person who came out to speak with me immediately seated my party. Now, I have never pulled the race card, but this could very well be a true testament. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options
This place is like Cheers- where everybody knows your name kind of restaurant and bar. Very friendly. To top it off- the food is absolutely delectable. Anything Ive ever ordered here is divine to the taste buds- you won 't be disappointed!
The food is very good here. The problem is it seems any night we want to go eat there, we are told 60-90 minute wait. I am assuming this is be cause they never opened the other dining room after Covid and still use it for take out. The food is good, but it isn’t wait 60-90 minutes good.
Great food all around. Also having a kids menu for family members 17 and under was a nice bonus. The atmosphere was great and the selection was extensive to say the least.
Both my and my children's favorite restaurant in Wake Forest. Food always taste freshly prepared with quality ingredients and sauces and dressings are delicious. I've yet to order a dish I didn't enjoy and the wait staff always goes out of their way...to the point of creating a blue drink concoction my children order everytime.
