Ordered fries and 2 apple pies with small coke. Food was nice and hot. Fries was cooked as should be. Coke Drink ordered was slightly flat tasting however customer service was great View all feedback.

Food was SO gross! and it was in the morning when me and my family went for breakfast.This location wasn’t really that busy being a Saturday morning.The food was not prepared right I ordered the Big breakfast with steak, steak had no onions and was SO tough, eggs were ok, hashbrown were probably the average best. Porter was very kind and understanding with a complaint with the food and a misunderstanding with the order. He shows great customer service.
Absent teller ordering at the self serv kiosk. Place is disgustingly dirty. Not a clean table in the place and the beverage bar is nasty. Floors littered with food scraps. Took about 15 minutes to get food.
We went through the drive thru at 8:00 pm on June 11th. The guy that took the order totally messed up the order. When we picked up the food, the hambug had ketchup on it, (we asked for tomato, lettuce and a little bit of mustard) We were given a small coke and no fries with a #1 big Mac meal. We didn't get the 2a, quarter pounder with cheese. The girl employee reluctantly said she had to to the back to get fries. She stomped away. Then a guy came to the window and threw the bag with the quarter pounder at us. Still missing fries. He then told us that we would have to get back in line to get fries. We refused. We asked to speak with the manager. He was the one that threw the bag at us. We finally got a small fry with half of them missing. He told us never to come back. I have NEVER been treated this way. They were all very young with no real supervision. They had bad manners and were very rude. I will NEVER go back to that location again

I waited 25 min for a online order I placed 30 min in advance. Then had to go inside to get it because I had been pulled up to the door for another 15 min. I get the order and had to order another order of fries and a medium frappe and had to wait another 20 min for that while the staff just stared at me not getting my order. I got asked by a manager what I was waiting on and I told him but he just stood there after that carrying on his conversation with other employees. The service is horrible and majority of the staff was high. They need to do better and I will not be going there again and I advise no one else goes either.
