Pollok’s Meat Co and Deli proudly carries on a 5th generation family tradition, using the very same recipe that Great Granpa Pollok brought from Poland over 150 years ago. Located in Falls City, Texas, just 45 miles south of San Antonio, Pollok’s has grown from humble beginnings to producing more than 15,000 pounds of high-quality sausage each week. With nine wholesale routes servicing areas from the Hill Country to the Coastal Bend, Pollok’s is known for using only quality cuts of lean pork and beef. Their sausages contain no fillers, cereal, or artificial colorings—just pure, delicious meat smoked to perfection. Pollok’s offers seven different sausages, including their famous pure pork smoked sausage, a beef and pork smoked variety, and the unsmoked Wedding Brand sausage. Fans can also enjoy flavored options like the Wedding Brand with Jalapeno Cheese, the breakfast favorite Lil Porkies, and the cervalot Dobra Kielbasa Do Piwa, perfect alongside a cold beer. I wanted to like this place. Came in for lunch. I work construction so I cant afford to eat heavy then get back to working. Ordered a dbl cheeseburger. Thing came out COLD! None of the cheese was melted. Patties tasted like salisbury steak. Buns were bland. Had to douse this thing in hot sauce despite ordering jalapenos in it. I regret coming. Spent 16 bucks on a sad burger,chips and a drink. Nothing else. Thats crazy. Couldvt driven to floresville and got something better for less. Learn from my mistake.
Our new go to for lunch. Great price for lunch $9.50 plus drink. Mac and cheese is good. Scalloped potatoes yesterday was good. Chicken strips are my favorite I think. Fried okra was also good.
Good selection of sausage links,boudin and cheese in freezerBought the last piece of hot sausage they where just about to close.Service is good they where cleaning up but helped get what we needed. Thank
I Go in practically every morning for coffee and breakfast.. They have a variety of tacosSausage wraps and biscuits.. They also have a variety of sausages and meats to purchase for cook outs ,picnics etc.The staff is friendly and acknowledge you the moment you walk in the doorClean environment and they also have a lunch menu
It’s a great place, food is super, wedding sausage is awesome. Staff is always friendly and knows how to joke.
