The staff are okay but they got my order completely wrong. I asked if they had green tea matcha iced latte and they said Yes . I decided to order that in large size and came out differently. I've learned my lesson and won't be ordering from this location again. The training of their employees seems inadequate, as the drinks consistently fall short of what you would expect from a typical Starbucks. Moreover, the high turnover of staff here suggests a lack of pride in their work. Do yourself a favor and choose a proper standalone Starbucks next time; this location is best avoided.
When I then asked for the egg bites, she didn’t respond; instead, she went to put something in the oven. I wanted to confirm if it was my order, but I received nothing but a negative response. When I realized that what she had put in was incorrect, she blamed me for not being more specific. At that point, I was so frustrated that I left without getting anything I had ordered, despite having gone out of my way to stop here on my way to work. What a frustrating start to my morning! Starbucks, it's time to train your staff properly and hold them accountable for their behavior. I'm tired of this!
A significant number of the menu items were unavailable, which made it a disappointing choice for anyone hoping to enjoy a brunch.
The drive-thru was quite busy, but overall the service was outstanding and the coffee was always great.
The staff were friendly, but unfortunately, my order was completely incorrect. I inquired about a green tea matcha iced latte, and they assured me they had it. I opted for a large size, but what I received was not what I anticipated. Upon seeing it, I realized it was brown instead of green. The taste was also off—it tasted more like a regular iced latte rather than a green tea latte. I didn't have time to request an exchange or a refund as I had to leave right away, which was quite disappointing. I hope this was just a simple mix-up on their part.
