Starbucks - Falls Church

Giving at low stars as it still charges extra for vegan/plant-based milks. Also, they add sugar to the matcha powder which is unfortunate, hoping they start serving matcha without any added sugar soon.

It is a good location with big clean seating area. However, they missed up one of my drinks as they didn't add my customization, so I had to go back for them to change it and they did.

EDIT: the staff here is unionizing (Starbucks Workers United), so please let them know you support them when you visit!! Call/email Supervisor Dalia Palchik and Delegate Marcus Simon to let them know that this is good for the Merrifield community. Spacious, with plenty of seats, power outlets, and parking, but could use more frequent cleaning. Decent service, but be prepared to wait during morning/afternoon rush hour (since it's the closest Starbucks to the Inova Fairfax Hospital).

I think it?s one of the better locations since it?s spacious and there?s enough seating and it?s clean. If you plan on working there, be aware that the music might be a tad loud if you?re Zooming. But if you have noise cancellation headphones, it?s easy to work through. The staff are nice as well.

Drove 10 minutes to work from here while I wait for something in the area, which I needed to attend to. The store had drive-thru only marked at the entrance and weren't letting anyone in. While I stand here I've seen several customers walk away sharing my frustration.The store should accurately represent this on the listing.
