If you are ordering food from this place, be prepare to wait for the food when you arrive. This place is really slow. It seems like they are making the food when you arrive even when you order ahead. This is the second time it happened to me. I arrived to pick up the food within the window shown on the app, and I was told the food is not ready. Wasn't exactly what I was expecting when ordering shaved ice. The presentation was extremely lack luster with all of the toppings at the bottom. Really had to fish for the toppings. It was a too sweet for me personally. The only thing I enjoyed about this was the taro ball topping they had.
The ice cream was quite disappointing. It was too sweet and they put the topping on the bottom which was really weird. I would not recommend this shaved ice spot.
