This place continues to be my top 2 favorite pho spots in the area. Delicious pho broth and am in love with the Chinese roll with Chinese sausage and the fresh beef grape leaves. Prices are extremely reasonable for amount of food you get. I cannot explain how much I love the food here! I've also gotten the bun bo hue. I asked for extra extra spicy and they certainly gave me spicy. View all feedback.
What Grace W doesn't like about Pho Cyclo:
The grilled sampler was pretty good but the chicken was overcooked, the shrimp and beef were flavorful. The fried spring rolls weren't that crispy or tasty, prefer the traditional ones in other places with pork. My friend liked the garden rolls. Service was also a bit slow and it was hard to get the attention of the server for water and extra sauces. View all feedback.
This restaurant remains one of my top two favorite pho places in the area. The pho broth is incredibly delicious, and I absolutely love the Chinese roll with Chinese sausage and the fresh beef grape leaves. The prices are very reasonable considering the portions you receive. I can't express enough how much I enjoy the food here! I've also tried the bun bo hue and requested it to be extra spicy, and they definitely delivered on the heat.
My Dad and I got food from here twice, while we were in town. The first time we just picked up some take out, but the second time we actually ate at the restaurant. As for the takeout I got the beef brisket pho and it was really good. They were really generous with the amount of beef brisket they put in the bowl. The take out bowls were small or maybe just overfilled, so it was a little difficult to fill it up with broth and eat it in our hotel room. The brisket was super tender and the broth was refreshing. When we came to the restaurant in person the staff were very friendly, but the service was a little slow. The place was kind of small inside, but there was lots of seating that was reasonably spaced out. There was only one waiter in the whole place and it was quiet busy. This time I ordered the shrimp spring rolls, combination fried rice and Thai milk tea. The spring rolls were very fresh and tasty and my milk tea hit the spot. The combination fried rice was just alright, it just fell flat when it came to flavor. Overall we liked this place since we came here twice in under a week.
I'm back with another review for a pho restaurant! I had never eaten here before, and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was. Since I don't eat meat, I ordered the veggie pho. They asked if I wanted vegetable broth right away, which I really appreciated. The food was served quickly, and what stood out to me the most was the flavor of the broth—it was incredibly tasty! The noodles were also well-prepared, not clumped together like I've encountered at some other places. The restaurant had a cozy and clean atmosphere. Paying was a breeze; they brought a portable card reader to my table, and the staff was very courteous. They seemed genuinely happy to serve, which created a wonderful vibe while dining. Enjoy!
Nice, family owned joint! Fair prices, solid food, and good options. It's nice to know there's a place like this in the neighborhood. I've gone twice and tried their signature Pho Cyclo soup and the Pho Ga. Both solid. Can't say it's the best I have EVER had, but I am aware I have been blessed with many delicious bowls of pho in my life. You can get a small bowl (and the small is a pretty decent size, by the way for $9.95, which is the right price by me. The ca phe sua da (coffee here comes strong, so be warned! The second time I went, the service was a bit slow (I think they forgot our drinks , but it was busy and a holiday weekend, so I get it. Overall, pretty solid spot. This is a good place to go if you want reliable Vietnamese food and Pho. If I return I would know I'd be enjoying my meal : .
The shrimp rolls came out quickly and were very tasty, fried to perfection! My partner isn't a fan of rolls like that, so I got to enjoy both of them. Now, onto the pho—the broth was just okay; I found it a bit salty, and the brisket was cut quite thick, making it tough to chew. One piece even had a bit of gristle. My partner enjoyed his bowl, but overall, I felt the pho was merely average. While it wasn’t the worst I’ve had, it certainly wasn’t the best, either. Since it's not in my neighborhood, I don't think I’d make the trip again for a second visit. So, overall, it was just okay, and I likely won’t return.
