Pho 75 - Falls Church

Cash only. Renowned as potentially the best pho in all of Northern Virginia, Pho75 certainly lives up to the hype, if not exceeding it. The broth is rich in flavor, the vegetables are fresh, and if you request it, you can enjoy raw meat for the eye round. The service here is quite speedy. The atmosphere feels like a casual and lively escape to the East.

The food is decent, but one of the servers, who wears glasses, is incredibly rude and disrespectful. They shouted that a particular item was unavailable and then just walked away. It felt like they were taking orders without putting in any real effort and didn’t allow us any time to talk. I can't understand how someone like that was hired to work here.

The restaurant was quite crowded and the interior was noisy. The seating consisted only of tables and chairs, creating an environment where you feel pressured to leave promptly after finishing your meal. It wasn't easy to have a conversation due to the noise levels. However, the rice noodles and beef were tender and enjoyable.

Authentic pho, feels like I'm in Vietnam! used to be $4.75 a bowl when I was in college, now it's $11.50

One of the best place to have a bowl of delicious beef soup regardless the weather, and when you don’t feel good. I would recommend beef soup 75 to everyone.
