What User doesn't like about Papa John's Pizza:
The food was delivered 20 minutes late and was barely warm. When I called to inquire about the estimated time of arrival for the delivery, someone answered the phone and immediately hung up. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Additionally, I made the mistake of adding a tip during the ordering process, which I will also not do again in the future. View all feedback.
The cashier provided terrible service, and despite giving an estimated time for the pizza, it took almost half an hour to receive it.
It took over 90 minutes to receive my pizza. I was hung up on twice when trying to call about the situation. The service was terrible. I recommend going to the one in McLean, as it is ten times better.
It is a small outlet, they have some tables for customers. The staff is not that friendly.
Terrible customer service There is a man who has a beard and wears a different black shirt than the others. I asked him three times about my order and he did not answer me. I do not know the reason, and my order should have been ready from 5 to 15 minutes. 30 minutes have passed, and I am still waiting. I do not recommend this place
I pay for extra sauce and you don't put it in the order. Can you not read?! Then, I call and none of your extensions work. They all just hang up on you. Horrible customer service. Not ordering from you again.
