I finally had the chance to try this place and repent completely, not to come here earlier. The NY Pastrami and the Swiss sandwich with macaronisalate were excellent. My friend had the Buckaroo Burger and Pommes and I enjoyed that too. The service was perfect and we really enjoyed a quick lunch there. I'm often back. When the owner reads this, add a Cuban sandwich to the menu. Northern Nevada needs it urgently. View all feedback.
What Timothy Smith doesn't like about The Running Iron Cafe:
Normally, I enjoy the food so this might of just been an off day. I ordered their Cowboy Burger (onion ring, bbq burger) , the food was hot, the onion ring cooked well and that is where the positive had to stop. The fries lacked any flavoring, no salt or seasoning. The burger patty was much the same, it lacked flavor. The lettuce and onion were barely enough to cover the bun, but were fresh. Overall i was disappointe... View all feedback.

In the city for AWF, 1000% worth the trip of NAS for brunch. We didn't know it was right on a ranch/farm until we came here. The chorizo was phenomenal oh my God. French Toast was friggin DIVINE. Such a domestic vibe and the best was every cup in place was different
This place has some of the best soups I've ever eaten, is the bean and bacon with a hot pastrami sandwich

Excellent Food and Great Service. Great breakfasts, fantastic lunch and the warmest, nicest folks you can find anywhere.
