I ordered it medium but received it extremely well done, along with cold, soggy French fries. When I asked for new fries, I was served more cold, soggy ones. While the service was good, the food was not up to par. It felt reminiscent of the experience I had before the pandemic.

After finishing... read more The service at this restaurant is disappointing. The waitresses seem more interested in chatting with each other than in attending to customers. After finishing your meal, you end up waiting a long time for your bill. They also rarely come back to refill your tea or water. If you're having coffee, you'll get a refill, but that's about it. I consider service when tipping, not just the price of the meal. I recommend going to Depot instead; the service there is outstanding, and the waitresses are very friendly.

Additionally, one of the waitresses mentioned that they don't offer discounts to retired military personnel but then proceeded to give discounts to military dependents, who did not serve. It was frustrating!
