Super friendly. Soon as you walk in they are smiling and joking. Wish I would of come here before. So 1st time here. Ordered lumpia, grilled cheese and pancit. Smells good in here. Smell so bad in there I had to leave didn't order anything smelled of a mixture of urine soap and stale oil. can't imagine people eat here. Desperate for lumpia just have to wait View all feedback.
