I received an incomplete order from PieZoni's, and although the DoorDash driver said they would return with the missing items, I waited an hour and a half with... read more I received an incomplete order from PieZoni's, and although the DoorDash driver said they would return with the missing items, I waited an hour and a half with no sign of them. When I called the restaurant, they told me no one would be coming back. They offered a refund for the missing items, but at the wrong amount. I did eventually get the refund, but I won’t be ordering from this location again. I simply wanted what I originally ordered.

I ordered a sub without toasting, and it arrived nearly burnt instead. The bread was quite tough. Additionally, over the past couple of years, burgers and pasta have been removed from the menu. My last two or three experiences with them have been disappointing, and I don't think we'll be ordering from PieZoni's again anytime soon.

However, I had a frustrating experience when a woman informed me that the coupon was only valid for pickup, despite the website not mentioning this restriction. Furthermore, she was quite rude about their unclear terms regarding the coupon.

PieZoni's has a diverse menu with plenty of options. The pizza had a bit of a spicy kick but tasted great.
