Newport Creamery - Fall River

Employee at window has no customer service skills. After repeating my order several times and explaining exactly what I wanted. The server just made it the way they wanted. I even walked in to show the young lady the menu. Was told they only make one sundae and despite the many times I had to correct her ice cream choices(asked for two different flavors/just made two the same) and toppings(had to ask for whipped cream) it was still wrong(no hot fudge). I noticed that her demeanor was off and I tried my best to just stay calm and get out of there. My wife ended up going back to get her topping(hot fudge). I was done. May wanna talk to employee about writing orders down ad getting a handle on the menu. I’ll stick to Newport and Seekonk from now on.

Easy comfort food at cheap prices with polite staff. Get an awful awful, they are phenomenal.

I'm very disappointed!! The food was soured, and we did not get what we ordered .

Waited forever for our apps. Ordered 9 piece mozzarella sticks and got 5. Meal came quickly after that but was wrong. Ended up not having time to eat at all and had to leave. Wife had to take hers to go.

The April sundae of the month is AMAZING!! Banana Graham!! And the waffle burger is fantastic!
